In the role of Administrative Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to: 
 
  • Type, format and organize project documents, reports, specifications and correspondence
  • Create and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Order insurance and monitor insurance certificates
  • Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management
  • Assist and help coordinate meetings and presentations
  • Schedule and moderate project reviews
  • Exhibit professionalism with clients
  • Work with multiple Project Managers and project teams as needed
  • Assist with project guides, project invoices and expense reports as needed
  • Establish workshare agreements
  • Develop and issue sub agreements
  • Support management with coordination of cost estimating
  • Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) reporting
  • Assisting with change management
  • Ensure accuracy and monitor workflows within Construction Management Information System (CMIS)
  • Perform other duties as needed
     

This position typically requires successfully passing drug-screening procedures prior to being hired; thereafter subject to random and cause drug and alcohol testing

Preferred Qualifications
  • Good communication and organizational skills
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
  • A minimum of 1 years related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
