Administrative Specialist Intern
Required Qualifications
• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
• Attention to detail a must
• Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
• Preferable days needed Wednesday and Thursday or Monday but willing to negotiate
• Communications, Public Relations, Journalism degree
• US Citizenship
• Willing to work in Los Angeles and Long Beach office
• Be able to drive using their own car for transportation
• Excellent organizational skills and writing skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Approachable
• Be able to work in a fast pace environment with a good attitude and flexibility
• Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA

The expected compensation range for this position is $21.00- $25.00 hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
