Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree, in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Predictive Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research or related quantitative field required
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in scalable discrete event simulation and/or related dynamic simulation and optimization in process improvement
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred or certified in Lean Six Sigma, Lean or both
  • Experience in A/E/C industry preferred
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to maintain multiple simultaneous projects, working alone or in a team setting
  • Proven group facilitation skills leading executives and large groups through process improvement events such as 3P, Kaizen and various process improvement workshops and training events
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients and develop projects directed at solving problems as well as communicating solutions
  • Experience with techniques and technologies for accessing and analyzing big data considered to be a bonus
  • Excellent computer skills required, including Microsoft Office Suite (preferably Visio), Simulation Software (preferably Simio), SQL and whiteboarding platforms
  • Ability to articulate innovative ideas to senior Researchers and strategic business partners
  • Travel up to 50%; passport required.
