Arizona & New Mexico Transportation Business Development Leader
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Professional (Business, Marketing), Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
- Minimum of 15 years progressive experience in a role focused on understanding and solving client issues.
- History of successful leadership of major strategic program and business development strategies and understanding of the framework and tools used to understand our client’s needs and develop winning strategies, and marketing materials.
- Existing network of clients and industry partners beneficial.
- Proven business development experience in consulting industry.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
- Work cooperatively with diverse teams, regional, area, technical managers and project staff.
- Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.
