Asset Management Field Assistant Project Manager
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management or related field required.
- 5 years related experience required
- Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- Have or be able to hold a DoD security clearance and a U.S. passport.
- Must be able to travel internationally.
- Strong analytical and management skills required.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), or related certifications a plus.
- DoD facilities and infrastructure maintenance management preferred.
- CERL BUILDER suite proficiency desired.

- California will be $82,320 - $152,880 annually/hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
- Colorado will be $82,320 - $117,600 annually/hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
