Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management or related field required.
  • 5 years related experience required
  • Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • Have or be able to hold a DoD security clearance and a U.S. passport.
  • Must be able to travel internationally.
  • Strong analytical and management skills required.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), or related certifications a plus.
  • DoD facilities and infrastructure maintenance management preferred.
  • CERL BUILDER suite proficiency desired.

  • California will be $82,320 - $152,880 annually/hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
  • Colorado will be $82,320 - $117,600 annually/hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
