Asset Management Principal

Required Qualifications

A minimum of five years asset management experience within the electric or gas utility space.

Ability to multi-task, meet multiple deadlines, and lead a team.

Excellent organizational skills along with strong written/verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and present summary-level information.

Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective client relationships and deliver solutions that meet the client’s expectations.

Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience, preferred.

Masters degree

Institute of Asset Management certificate preferred.

Familiarity with ESRI GIS, MS Access, SQL Server, and Enterprise Asset Management systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP, Cartegraph, Oracle WAM, and Azteca Cityworks)

Detailed knowledge of electric/gas utility management processes, leadership activities, operation and maintenance activities, and asset management best practices.
