AZ/NM/SoCal Dam Risk Lead
Required Qualifications
- BS in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering.
- Minimum ten (10) years related experience.
- Experience facilitating multi-discipline risk workshops and a strong background in risk analyses.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to assimilate data and put it into a big picture.
- Strong technical writing abilities, strong engineering background in a related field, and effective presentation skills.
- Self-starters that are highly motivated and team oriented.
- A positive attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture.is a must
Preferred Qualifications
- MS preferred.
- Experience working in, or with, dam owner organizations.
- Experience as a task lead, project manager, or management position in a consulting business.

The expected compensation range for this position is $105,259.00 - $177,710.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
