BIM Manager

Required Qualifications

• Strong computer skills using AutoCAD, Revit 3D Modeling and Microsoft Office

• Ability to prepare drawings and details

• Experience within the AEC industry and client standrads for BIM

• Experience leading cross-discipline all team BIM execution

• Familiarity with project management related to BIM

• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering or Construction

• 6 years AEC industry experience including large scale, complex projects in the domains of Healthcare typologies

• Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm

• Familiarity with Rhino and Dynamo is preferred

• Aptitude toward technology and analytical problem-solving skills

• Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired but not required
