Business & Data Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Working knowledge of data analytics, process automation and/or reporting software, such as Microsoft Power BI, Snowflake and Tableau - intellectual curiosity to learn and adopt technology in day-to-day tasks.
- Problem-solver who enjoys digging into data; ideal candidate can evaluate a process and recommend process improvements.
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to recognize discrepancies; ability to work with a high degree of accuracy with minimal supervision in a high-volume environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; clearly conveys messages and ideas.
- Proficient organizational skills; ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish daily tasks and projects.
- Highly motivated and self-directed; ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage a fluctuating, high volume workload
