CAD Manager
Required Qualifications
• Associate or technical school degree, or combination of education and relevant experience
• A minimum of 10 years experience in technical support of BIM applications such as AutoCAD and MicroStation and a minimum of 5 years experience with Information Technology systems
• Must possess basic programming skills in LISP or VBA
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of industry standards and practices in the areas of CADD, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Land Desktop and InRoads engineering documentation and plan presentation
• Uses office productivity software effectively (MS Office)
• Be able to use Microsoft database technologies
• Superior client service skills and attention to detail are essential
• Will engage in close and effective communication with HDR management and production users
• Communicates effectively, as well as having an enthusiastic, energetic work ethic
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills including ability to gather, organize and interpret data for process monitoring or business case development
• Must have strong organization skills and sound judgment in establishing priorities among support requests and project work
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
