Campus Planning Principal
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field.
A minimum of 12 years related experience.
Extensive knowledge of higher education campuses and campus planning for both public and private campuses.
Ability to work effectively with clients and project teams.
Experience with early phase marketing, pursuit development and organizing client interface.
Ability to meet prospective clients and identify potential projects.
Strong organizational, communication, writing and editing skills.
Research experience in academia, published research preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification by the American Institute of Certified Planners.

The expected compensation range depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
The expected compensation range for this position in Los Angeles is $116,645 - $166,635 annually.
The expected compensation range for this position in San Francisco is $131,859 - $188,370 annually.
The expected compensation range for this position in Denver is $111,573 - $159,390 annually.
