The position can be based in Melbourne or Brisbane.
What You'll Be Doing

- Overseeing Level 0-6 commissioning requirements, including Level 4 Functional Performance Testing and Level 5 Integrated Systems Testing.
- Managing project programmes, resources, fee performance, forecasting and reporting.
- Identifying new opportunities and contributing to tenders, positioning and business development.
- Leading, mentoring and developing commissioning professionals.
- Championing safety, quality and continuous improvement across commissioning activities.
What Makes This Role Different?
This is an opportunity to have an impact beyond individual project delivery.
You'll work across some of Australia's most technically demanding projects while helping strengthen HDR's commissioning capability nationally. You'll have access to HDR's multidisciplinary teams and global commissioning expertise while building trusted relationships with clients and influencing how projects are delivered.

- Experience working within multidisciplinary environments will be advantageous.
- Professional accreditations such as Green Star AP, LEED AP, CSA or LEED Associate will be highly regarded.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Due to the nature of our project portfolio, Australian Citizenship will be advantageous but is not a mandatory requirement for this position.
