HDR is currently seeking Building Commissioning Engineers, Managers and Agents across the United States for existing and future opportunities.
Do you enjoy involvement in the life-cycle of large scale building projects from design to construction and commissioning? Are you open to traveling and working on project sites to bring some of most advanced buildings to life. If so, we are interested in in you. Our facilities range from datacenters, hospitals and commercial and institutional buildings.
By mitigating risk, we get buildings working reliably. We manage and validate the commissioning of building engineering services from the earliest design stages through to the completion of complex integrated test procedures.
We address each step of the process through a thorough implementation of the five strategic stages in commissioning modern buildings. Supported by risk identification, lessons to be learned, and a comprehensive certification process; it provides a complete assessment of the status of commissioning, progress forecasting and what specific work is planned in the short term. Our approach provides a robust framework that supports forward looking, collaborative teamwork for all stakeholders. HDR is an established leader in building commissioning in Europe and we are rapidly growing and has opportunities in a variety of locations across the United States.
We are seeking the following roles with experience:
· Commissioning Managers and Engineers with project leadership covering multi-discipline MEP services.
· Electrical Commissioning Managers and Engineers with demonstrated electrical project leadership experience (control.
· Mechanical Commissioning Managers and Engineers with demonstrated mechanical project leadership experience (HVAC, plumbing, piping).
These roles involve working closely with many different members of construction project teams. It requires the ability to think and communicate clearly, remain focused, and partner with construction delivery staff during fast-moving periods of construction and complex site activity.
