Compliance and Privacy Paralegal
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree
- A minimum of 15 years of legal experience working directly with attorneys
- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail for this fast-paced, document-intensive position
- Strong legal analytical skills
- Strong paralegal writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Legal Tracker with the willingness to learn new software programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to interact with executive management, staff, attorneys, outside counsel and internal and external clients on a daily basis
- Demonstrated excellent good judgment in taking initiative and proceeding on a project or getting direction and clarification
- Comfort to work independently to resolve problems and confer with attorney(s) on final solutions or next step processes
- Must be proactive, flexible, solutions-oriented with ability to navigate through obstacles
- Must be team-oriented, responsive, collaborative, organized
