Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management preferred or relative years of experience in related field
  • 5 years related experience in heavy civil construction projects 
  • Must posses that ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications and identify discrepancies or conflicts within documents.
  • Some travel will be required
  • Experience supervising direct reports and managing a team
  • Complete a successful background check and drug screen
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Experience with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project, Other scheduling software
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
  • Must comply with all company and client policies
 
 
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the field is highly desired

The expected compensation range for this position in Washington is $100,475.00 - $143,535.00 annually/hourly.
