Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or closely related field.
• P.E. License required
• 10 years of progressive local NYC area Construction Management / Resident Engineering Inspection Services experience with transit related clients
• Experience in various aspects of construction planning and management, including but not limited to estimating, bidding, preparing and administering purchase orders and subcontracts, scheduling, cost control, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple field projects along with supervising multiple HDR field inspection projects at one time.
• Ability to prepare and submit technical and cost proposals
• Experience with construction management software packages and Microsoft Office, Prolog, Primavera, etc.
• Must have strong people skills and the ability to interact with the design team
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

- Candidates who reside locally in the NY/NJ area are preferred..
- 15 years Construction Management/Resident Engineering Inspection experience

The expected compensation range for this position is $145,563 - 238,481 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
