Corporate Real Estate Deputy Director

- 10 years of commercial real estate or project management within Corporate Real Estate experience with demonstrated real estate analytical skills.
- Knowledge of commercial property lease terms, including expense treatments and adjustments, tenant improvement allowances and other financial metrics to yield comparable rent amounts.
- Strong project management experience coupled with in-depth financial acumen.
- Ability to collaborate, influence and command the respect and confidence of cross-functional leadership teams.
- Proactive, well organized, and results-oriented, with the ability to lead and participate in multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate at the executive, regional and local geographic project levels.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

The expected compensation range for this position in Washington is $116,967-167,095, California: $116,967-$188,890, Colorado: $111,881-159,805, New York $127,138-$181,625 depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
