Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • California EIT certification or ability to obtain within 6 months 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corrosion failure analysis, corrosion mitigation planning, design, and condition assessment.
  • AMPP (NACE) CP-2 certification.
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Must possess the ability to multi-task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Must have good communication/documentation skills and be able to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel is required. Valid class C driver’s license is required.
  • May be required to lift and pull up to 50 pounds and must be physically capable of performing manual tasks without restriction.
  • Proficiency with MS Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Project and Access are a plus.
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PE license is strongly preferred. Candidates hired without their PE license will have the title of Corrosion EIT.
  • Experience in corrosion engineering is preferred.
  • Strong client and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and ESRI ArcGIS is preferred.
