Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field, or equivalent experience in heavy civil construction field
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in engineering or construction field
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel or other database software
- Experience with CAD tools such as Civil 3D, Revit or similar.
- Must have good organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Ability to handle multiple, diverse assignments
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with Microsoft Project, cost estimating and control software and computer-aided facilities management software
- Ability to interpret construction schedules
