Design Coordinator
Required Qualifications
- 0 to 5 years relevant experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program required.
- Due to client contract requirements, only candidates with US citizenship will be considered for this position, as permitted pursuant to section 274B(a)(2)(C) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
- Experience with multiple software programs, including, but not limited to: Revit, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Architecture considered a plus.
- Enrollment in the NCARB Intern Development Program (IDP completion and beginning of exams considered a plus)
- Project experience in the following categories considered a plus: healthcare, commercial, education/science, advanced technologies, institutional, justice and/or government.
- Familiarity with Cove.Tool and/or other related software.
- Preference given to local Texas candidates.
