In the role of Document Control Specialist II, we'll count on you to:
- Maintain, organize and update documents in electronic management systems
- Communicates document requirements and client standards to project team
- Performs quality assurance and quality control of construction contract documents
- Provide necessary assistance to the Project Manager on documentation
- Assist the Project Engineer with back-up documentation of Pay Estimates and construction documentation
- Create and manage back-up documentation of construction contract documents
- Must be willing to travel to remote locations in Alaska for extended periods of time
- Must be willing to work extended hours during construction season
- Must be willing to work in remote camp settings
- Certifications (one or more): CDT, CACM, CBCS, ASQ, CCS, MOS, CSCP, CQA, CDS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with compliance with Federal, State and Local record management regulations
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 years in document control
- Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Advanced Skills with MS Office applications Word, Excel, Access, Adobe Acrobat
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
- Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position
