Drinking Water Treatment Business Class Lead
At HDR, we specialize in engineering, architecture, environmental and construction services. While we are most well-known for adding beauty and structure to communities through high-performance buildings and smart infrastructure, we provide much more than that. We create an unshakable foundation for progress because our multidisciplinary teams also include scientists, economists, builders, analysts and artists. That's why we believe diversity is our greatest strength. HDR is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer.

Water is more than a resource—it's a shared responsibility. As part of HDR's Washington Water Business Group, you'll help shape how communities manage water for generations to come. We bring together experts across disciplines to solve complex challenges with bold thinking and technical excellence. Whether you're modernizing aging systems or pioneering new approaches, your contributions will make a meaningful difference in people's lives. This isn't just a job—it's a chance to lead change, drive progress, and leave a lasting legacy.
About the Role
HDR's Washington Drinking Water team is recognized throughout the state for its leadership in planning, designing, and delivering complex water infrastructure—from water system planning and water quality to condition assessment and treatment facility design. As Drinking Water Treatment Business Class Lead, you'll partner with Water Business Group leadership to shape and grow HDR's water treatment practice across Washington, stepping into a highly visible role at the center of some of the region's most impactful public infrastructure work.

Leading through mentoring, coaching, and delegation is central to this role, as is maintaining focus on HDR's growth strategy. Candidates who are active in industry organizations—serving on committees and presenting at conferences—will find this role a natural fit for their leadership ambitions.
