dRofus Lead – Healthcare Projects

The Opportunity
As our dRofus Lead, you will own the development, implementation and continuous improvement of dRofus across the studio while supporting the delivery of major healthcare and complex building projects.
You will work closely with clients, healthcare planners, architects, interior designers, consultants and contractors to ensure project information remains accurate, coordinated and aligned throughout the design and delivery process.
This role is far more than database administration. You will play a key leadership role in digital delivery, briefing management and project coordination while helping project teams leverage data to achieve better outcomes.
In this role you will:
Lead HDR's dRofus Capability
- Champion and grow HDR's dRofus capability across the Australian Architecture practice
- Develop studio standards, workflows and best-practice methodologies
- Act as the technical subject matter expert for dRofus
- Drive quality, consistency and efficiency across project information management
- Mentor, train and support project teams to build capability and confidence
Support Major Project Delivery
- Collaborate with healthcare planners, architects, interior designers and consultants
- Support projects from planning and briefing through to delivery
- Coordinate project requirements across multiple stakeholders
- Contribute to technical documentation, design coordination and project delivery activities
- Help strengthen HDR's digital delivery capability across healthcare, education and science projects
Integrate Digital Design & Delivery
- Coordinate integration between dRofus, Revit and other digital delivery platforms
- Support BIM and information management workflows across projects
- Monitor data quality, governance and project compliance
- Lead issue tracking, coordination and resolution processes
- Improve project delivery through smarter information management practices

You'll likely bring:
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex healthcare, education or institutional projects
- Strong dRofus experience within a project delivery environment
- Experience establishing, managing and maintaining dRofus databases
- Knowledge of healthcare briefing processes, room data requirements and project information management
- Understanding of Revit workflows and BIM coordination
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality information management
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for mentoring others
Highly Regarded
- Experience leading dRofus implementation on large healthcare projects
- Knowledge of AusHFG requirements and healthcare planning principles
- Registered Architect or Interior Designer qualifications
- Experience integrating project data across multiple platforms and project teams
