Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field.
• Current professional architectural registration.
• 15+ years Education & Science sector experience.
• Proven business development experience in Education & Science consulting industry.
• Existing network of clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capable of making presentations.
• Experience in developing and managing diverse teams.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture, including commitment to quality, improvement and HDR values.
• Willingness to travel, potentially abroad, for business development and project assignments.
