Electrical BIM Specialist 1

Required Qualifications

• Associate or technical school degree, or combination of education and relevant experience
• Experience in commercial or institutional facilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong computer skills Microsoft Office, AutoCAD/Microstation
• Database familiarity a plus
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in designing electrical lighting, power and systems for building projects; Experience in Healthcare, Science and Technology and/or Civic facilities; Experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm highly desirable; Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired.
