Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in urban planning, energy and sustainability, architecture, landscape architecture, civil engineering, geography, public policy, or related area. Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5 years of planning experience. Community or military planning experience is preferred.
  • Experience in or knowledge of the military services is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong quantitative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with an understanding of project timelines and deadlines.
  • AICP, PLA, RA, or EIT (Desired).
  • Able to pass general background check.
  • Able to obtain a US security clearance.
  • Able to travel nationally as needed.

The expected compensation range for this position is $64,330.00.00 - $91,900.00 annually/hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
