Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, agriculture, or related field (soil and water systems, soil science, soil and land resources and management, agricultural science/engineering, crop science, geology, water resources, natural resource management, and similar).
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical and/or field experience, preparing environmental documents.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills.
  • Strong conceptual, organizational, problem-solving and research abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
  • A demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to conduct occasional field work/site visits.  May require infrequent overnight travel. 
  • A can do attitude and team player willing to learn and commit to work assignments in the Agri-industrial sector.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the following: environmental compliance, soil science, agronomy, biogeochemistry, hydrology, hydrogeology, sediment transport, irrigation engineering, water management, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with statistical analysis software (ProUCL, XLSTAT, etc.).
  • Effective collaborator with ability to work with diverse teams including technical experts, regulatory specialists, engineering staff, contractors, and client and agency representatives.
  • Local candidates are preferred.
