ERP Applications Analyst

- Produce functional specifications that will be used by development team to estimate work efforts
- Develop and document processes, quality controls and reporting to support system operations, corporate and field user teams
- Conduct and/or participate in unit, integration, user acceptance, end-to-end and month end close testing cycles
- Document, maintain and execute test scripts
- Train targeted user groups on system and process changes
- Assist with problem resolution, end user support and execution
- Manage ticket queues and work with the team to ensure issues are resolved and/or tracked thru completion
- Ticket management and issue resolution including working with 3rd party support vendors as needed
- Relevant module experience in functional or technical working knowledge for modules/ areas within the thread. Can have expertise in a specific module/ area
- Ensure timely RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAP (Corrective Action Plan) completion
- Solicit, monitor and drive improvements in internal and external ERP customer experience
- Effectively demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving
- Develop "how to" documents for the team
- Manage projects as assigned
- ERP experience
- Report/query writing experience
- Process, systems and operations development experience
- IT education, training and experience
- Bachelor's degree (Business/Accounting/Finance preferred) or equivalent years of experience
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Capacity to become the subject matter expert for applications
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work across functional teams
- Experience authoring business requirements, functional specs and test scripts.
- Project management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
