Estimating Lead - Resources Business Group
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Management or closely related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in estimating including lead projects and teams.
- Strong understating of AACE cost estimating standards and approach
- Experience leading cost estimating effort for industrial facilities with capital values of $300M or more
- Familiar with estimating using various delivery methods including traditional design bid build (DBB), design-build (DB), EPCm, progressive design build (PDB), Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), and/or construction management at-risk (CMAR).
- Strong leadership skills with experience building a cohesive team culture and managing team members located in various locations.
- Excellent communication skills. Comfortable presenting in front of clients and other project stakeholders.
- Proficient with cost estimating software (eg. sage, cleopatra, etc.) functions and objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference given to local candidates
- Professional Engineering License
- AACE Certified Estimating Professional & Certified Cost Professional
