This position will be responsible for federal proposal pricing and contract administration of federal client contracts. The position will work with the Project Manager and other team members to prepare federally compliant cost proposals and rate schedules and manage other contractual requirements through the life of the contract.


In the role of Federal Contract Administrator 1, we'll count on you to:

  • Administer the full life cycle of contract support with low to moderate risk to the corporation under the
    direction of a more-senior contracts professional
  • Perform routine contract activity, which may require development of contract templates
  • Provide proposal pricing to include labor rate development and compilation of financial and other required
    documents
  • Work with supervisor on significant issue identification and resolution
  • Apply knowledge of contracting concepts, and follow and enforce company and client requirements
  • Coordinate closely with all parties involved
  • Perform administrative and reporting duties
  • Perform other duties as needed

     

     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is desired, but years of experience may substitute for degree A minimum of 3 years of
    contracts or related experience.
  • Due to client contract requirements US Citizenship is required.
  • Experience with government contracting regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
  • PowerBI experience highly desired.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and externally to maximize
    performance, creativity, and problem solving.
  • Have a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks, often within
    highly demanding time frames.
  • Excellent writing and people skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture

Required Qualifications
  • Professional, self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented with the flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with minimal management oversight

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
