Geologist

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geology.
- Minimum five (5) years of related work experience (geology and/or engineering geology).
- PG license, CEG preferred.
- Experience with field methods, including geologic mapping, test pit/trench logging, geotechnical drilling, downhole testing, and geophysical surveys.
- Proficiency with modeling software (Rocscience, Geostudio, and others).
- Proficiency with geographic information systems (GIS) software – GIS, Global Mapper, Leapfrog;
- Familiarity with lidar, photogrammetry preferable.
- Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills;
- Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner.
- Candidates must be able to work in the field up to 50% of the time;
- Possess a valid driver’s license in good standing;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

The expected compensation range for this position is $120,750.00 - $172,500.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
