Required Qualifications

This position requires the following skills, attributes and experience:

Minimum 20 years of experience in transit planning/engineering
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering, planning or a related field with associated registrations.
Experienced in development and management of strategic marketing programs for transit planning and/or engineering services.
Experienced in development and management of client relationships and specific program and/or project pursuits.
Experienced in overall staff development to include recruiting, career path and professional growth.
Experienced with industry associations including a visible profile in the market sector.
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with other Market Sector Directors, Business Class Directors, Regional Business Group Directors, Area Business Group Managers, Area Marketing Managers and Department Managers
And understanding of transit agencies across the US and abroad including industry challenges and innovations

Typical starting pay range for this position:

California will be $179,487.00 - $303,030.00 annually/hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.

Washington will be $155,012.00 - $268,065.00 annually/hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.

New York will be $203,963.00- $291,375.00 annually/hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.

Colorado will be $179,487.00 - $256,410.00 annually/hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
