About You

• Currently undertaking a relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, or similar. 
• Graduating before June 2025.
• Strong interest in highways engineering and/or structural/bridge engineering.
• Passion for learning and commitment to developing your skills.
• Previous experience as an undergraduate in a consulting environment – advantageous
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
• Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

If you are successful through our recruitment process, your full-time position will start in February 2025. If you graduate early, there may be flexibility to commence early. There may also be ongoing opportunities for casual work throughout your final year of study as an undergraduate before starting your graduate career with us once you’ve completed your studies.
