Land Use Planner
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Land Use Planning or closely related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Self-starter with excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- May require the ability to travel
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
- Membership in professional planning organization (e.g. MCIP, RPP) or working toward registration
- Significant experience with GIS and other data analysis tools appropriate for planning tasks
- Experience with stakeholder and public engagement, including online tools
