Mechanical Construction Inspector

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in construction inspection of mechanical/HVAC work on major transportation/infrastructure projects for public agencies, such as PANYNJ, MTA/NYCT, NJ Transit, NYCDDC, NYCSCA are required.
• Excellent Organizational and communication skills required.
• *Preference given to local candidates

Preferred Qualifications:

• PE license in New York or New Jersey
• OSHA 30 hour training
• Experience with vertical transportation systems

Typical starting pay range for this position is $89,250.00 - $127,500.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
