Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Urban planning, architecture, landscape architecture, civil engineering, geography, public policy, or related field).  Master's degree is preferred.

• 5+ years of related experience required.  Community or military planning experience is preferred.

• Experience in or knowledge of the military services is preferred.

• Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with an understanding of project timelines and deadlines.

• AICP, PLA , RA, or EIT (Desired).

• LEED Green Associate or higher (Desired).

• Have or be able to obtain a US security clearance.

• Able to travel internationally as needed.

• Three years direct experience facilitating Project Planning Charrettes and developing DD form 1391s, DD form 1354s, DD form 1390s and associated attachments desired.

Benefits and Compensation:

The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $70,000 -$78,000 annually and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
