Military Community Planner II
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in urban planning, architecture, landscape architecture, civil engineering, geography, public policy, or related area. Master's degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of related planning experience is required.
- Experience in or knowledge of the military services is preferred.
- Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an understanding of project timelines and deadlines.
- Have or be able to obtain a US security clearance.
- Able to travel internationally as needed.
- AICP, PLA , RA, or EIT (Desired).
- LEED Green Associate or higher (Desired).
- Local candidates preferred.

The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $65, 00 -$85,000 annually and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
