Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
- 7 years relevant experience leading client-focused teams, including hands on business development experience for Federal clients for AE Services
- Proven ability to grow market share through focused client development
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead staff executing numerous concurrent tasks, prioritizing demands coming from multiple people, and meeting deadlines
- Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in developing and managing diverse teams
- Work cooperatively with operations managers, technical and marketing directors on client development efforts
- Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values

- California will be $122,353 - $174,790 annually/hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
- Colorado will be $111,230 - $174,790 annually/hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
- Washington will be $127,915 - $182,735 annually/hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
