  • Support project excellence by facilitating project management and quality reviews in collaboration with regional and national discipline leaders.

  • Lead strategic growth initiatives as part of regional leadership, building on HDR’s established relationships and capabilities while identifying new opportunities to expand our impact across the area.

  • Partner with our Business Development Manager, Market Sector Leaders, Client Managers, and regional/national leaders to expand into new markets, strengthen client relationships, pursue major opportunities, and advance technical services, delivery methods, and quality standards aligned with HDR’s strategic goals.

  • Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing Nebraska-Iowa team, supporting staff development, succession planning, technical services, quality, and production methods and standards for the continued growth of the area business group.

  • Serve as a project manager, technical lead, or senior advisor on high-priority projects while ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.

  • Cultivate and maintain trusted client relationships, supporting major pursuits and occasionally serving as a strategic client manager.

  • Contribute to HDR’s broader vision and strategy through participation in regional and company-wide planning initiatives.
