Principal Laboratory Planner
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field desired.
- 15+ years applicable planning experience with research and educational facilities.
- 15+ years of specialized programming, planning and designing vivaria and related support facilities
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship development and related business development
- Knowledge of applicable planning and design guidelines and codes.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical and client service skills.
- Commitment to sustainable design; LEED accreditation preferred.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products, and graphics software.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally for business and project assignments.
- Commitment to quality improvement and HDR core values.
