Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture
  • Registered Architect
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Must be able to lead a team on projects. Strong written and communication skills. Good analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills;
  • Proficient in use of BIM and CAD platforms, including Autodesk Revit, and familiarity with related tools and processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Project Management and Scheduling software
  • Must have experience in preparation and layout of architectural contract documents and specifications
  • Strong knowledge of codes and good planning skills. Familiarity with Civic and Transportation Architecture a plus.
  • Knowledge of visualization tools and processes a plus (Adobe Suite, SketchUp, 3-D Studio Max, Rhino, Grasshopper)
  • Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired, but not required.
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Typical starting pay range for this position is $100,363.00 - $143,375.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
