Proposal Manager
•A minimum of 3 years of experience
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), InDesign
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Experience in sales and developing effective win strategies
•Ability to identify and convert highly technical content into simple, consumable visuals in partnership with a graphic artist
•Works cooperatively with diverse teams, regional, department, national, technical managers and project staff
•Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values
•Requires little or no direction in area of specialization
•Must exhibit proficient technical computer skills, advanced knowledge of communication theory and basic layout and design principles
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Excellent organizational and customer service skills
•Demonstrates understanding of market and public relations
•Depp knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services
•An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
•Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
•Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others.
•Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in person.
•Demonstrated experience in writing compelling content based on information from technical staff.
•Preference given to local candidates
