Rail Designer/EIT
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Previous experience in transportation related engineering, particularly rail related work is preferred, but will consider more junior level candidates with strong educational credentials and an interest in rail engineering.
• EIT or ability to obtain within 12 months. Candidates hired without their EIT will have the title of “Rail Designer" and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression.
• Must be able to work both independently and in a team setting
• MS Office software experience
• Excellent oral and written communication
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
• Candidates who reside locally in the Boston area are preferred
Preferred:
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using AutoCAD, MicroStation, InRoads and preferably, InRail
