Real Estate Services Appraiser
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a closely related field required
- Active State of Florida Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License required
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience related to real estate appraisal required
- Must have an understanding of UASFLA (Yellow Book), FDOT Right of Way manual(s), and USPAP
- Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with others, and good oral and written communication skills are required
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- Local candidates are preferred
- Education specific to Eminent Domain acquisitions or Right of Way appraisal a plus
- General Certification license in Florida
