Recruitment Lead
- 8+ years technical recruitment experience with an ability to deliver both high volume and executive search level recruitment results.
- Highly resilient personality/attitude with a sense of urgency.
- A natural passion for influencing inclusion and diversity.
- Demonstrated experience leading professional interviewing/selection processes.
- Tech-savviness with recruitment tools of the trade.
- Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional demeanour on the phone and in person.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone. (candidates, hiring managers and fellow recruiters)
- Desire to be part of a global talent acquisition team
- Ability to travel occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recruitment experience in the engineering, architecture or construction industry as either a third-party recruiter, a corporate recruiter or a combination of both.
- Certified Professional Recruiter
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Previous experience working with corporate applicant tracking systems (Taleo)
