Risk Manager
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 10 years contract-related experience; advanced degree or contract certification program may substitute for years of experience
- Working to expert knowledge of contracting concepts and company and client requirements
- Professional, self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented with the flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Requires high degree of independent and creative judgment applied to highest-level goals and objectives of the corporation
- Ability to lead and manage staff
- Ability to address questions and issues across all levels of the company or other parties involved
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with minimal management oversight
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software, including complex MS Excel spreadsheets with formulas
- Experience training teams and gaining buy-in to processes and procedures
- Excellent writing and people skills
- Strong math, analytical and organizational skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
