Senior Airfield Paving Engineer
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must. Master’s degree in Engineering is a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience related to all aspects of airfield pavement design for DoD clients.
- PE is a must. Project Management experience is a plus.
- Experience with PCASE, PAVER, Spec Intact, Microsoft Office, and other airfield pavement design software packages.
- Experience with the DoD method of airfield pavement design (CBR/k) that is supported by manuals, specifications, and guidance documents.
- Experience with the geometric design for airfield pavements and airspace requirements.
- Global experience with airfield paving materials and construction methods.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and industry connections with DoD airfield pavement Subject Matter Experts.
- Ability and willingness to travel to CONUS and OCONUS installations.
