Required Qualifications
- B.S. degree in atmospheric science, meteorology, hydrology, or other related field
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to find solutions that advance projects and initiatives
- Eight or more years of climate science experience
- Ability to travel periodically for project related work and conference attendance
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture
Preferred Qualifications
M.S. degree in atmospheric science, meteorology, hydrology, or other related field
American Meteorological Society Certification
Experience in ESRI Arc-GIS
Comfort with public speaking and presentations

The expected compensation range depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
The expected compensation range for this position in Colorado is $101,546 - $167,970 annually.
The expected compensation range for this position in California is $117,579 - $198,510 annually.
The expected compensation range for this position in Hawaii is $112,234.50 - $160,335.00 annually.
The expected compensation range for this position in New York is $106,890 - $190,875 annually.
The expected compensation range for this position in Washington is $101,546 - $175,605 annually.
