Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Ecological Sciences, Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, or closely related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in environmental planning, regulatory compliance and permitting, and NEPA documentation.
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
  • Applicants must be detail-oriented, organized, effective communicators, and team players with a strong focus on quality and client service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preference given to local candidates. Experience in Missouri and/or Kansas strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of NEPA, with experience managing EA/EIS projects.
  • Proven experience managing regulatory evaluation and permitting.
  • Experience writing proposals, developing scopes of work, budgets, and schedules for complex environmental projects with multidisciplinary teams and multi-agency efforts.
