Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in planning, engineering, business, public administration, or other related field
- Proven understanding of public agency financing drivers, funding procurement, and support of capital planning and delivery.
- Direct experience successfully leading grant or loan applications with one or more federal grant programs.
- The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to find solutions that advance projects and initiatives
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
The expected compensation range for this position in Colorado is $96,625.00 - $159,830.00 annually.
The expected compensation range for this position in California is $111,881.00 - $188,890.00 annually.
The expected compensation range for this position in Hawaii is $106,795.50 - $152,565.00 annually.
The expected compensation range for this position in New York is $101,710.00 - $181,625.00 annually.
The expected compensation range for this position in Washington is $96,625.00 - $167,095.00 annually.
